Her Energy

Lily is an energetic girl who LOVES to play – especially with her favourite ball! She will chase it for hours and is always up for a game with other dogs. If you are looking for a dog who will keep you active and engaged, Lily is the one for you. She would thrive in a home where playtime is a daily adventure!

 

Training Progress

When Lily first arrived in foster care, she had no formal training, but she has made incredible progress. She is now comfortable going into her crate at night, will sit and recall on command, and is learning more every day. While she is a bit headstrong and can sometimes forget her lessons, she is smart and eager to please with a little patience and consistency. With the right guidance, she will continue to thrive!

 

Getting to Know New People

Lily is a social butterfly who gets super excited to meet new people. After a bit of initial excitement, she quickly settles down and warms up to everyone she meets. She is a friendly girl who is sure to charm anyone she encounters!

 

Great with Dogs

Lily has met a variety of dogs and gets along well with both males and females. She loves the company of other dogs, especially if they share her playful energy.

Alone Time While

Lily was once the only dog in her home, she quickly adjusted to spending time in her crate when needed. She is now comfortable being left alone without issue, making her a great option for a busy household.

Kid-Friendly

Lily is great with kids and loves being around her human family. She can be a bit excitable, so she may not be the best match for young or timid children who might find her energy

overwhelming. However, she is adored by her foster family’s daughter, whom she gets along with perfectly.

 

A Healthy, Happy Girl

Lily is in excellent health with no medical issues. She is comfortable travelling in the car, enjoys being groomed, and is very tolerant of handling. She is on a healthy diet of mixed biscuits and raw food, which she enjoys.

Ideal Home for Lily Lily would thrive in an active home with lots space for her to play and explore. A family with another playful dog would be ideal, as she loves the company of other dogs. She will need a home that can continue to work with her training and give her the structure she needs to flourish.

Sleeping: Lily happily sleeps in her crate and will sleep right through the night without issue.
