Eight weeks ago, Willow and her siblings were left in a plastic box that was tied around their mum’s neck and dumped in someone’s garden. Thankfully they were found and signed over to Spaniel Rescue Foundation and Willow has thrived in her foster home.

Willow had found herself a new home, but unfortunately due to a change in their circumstances, she is back with her foster family again and looking for her forever home.

Willow is a beautiful, happy and loving puppy. She loves playing with toys and tries hard to instigate play with our pack of dogs. She must be re-homed with another friendly dog as she craves their attention and security.

However, she also loves human cuddles too – she follows her fosterers around like a little shadow but she’s also confident exploring by herself. Willow has been to a number of busy venues and has been really well behaved and gets everyone’s love & affection.

Willow is a really clever puppy and is picking up training exceptionally well. She is sleeping in the lounge in her crate, has learned to sit and is doing well at her toilet training, although she still has some accidents. She’s also picking up recall well. She’s loving her walks in the woods.

Willow has been treated for fleas and worms, is fully vaccinated and microchipped. She will be adopted with a contract to neuter when she reaches the appropriate age.

Ideal Home for Willow

Willow will be able to fit into most homes – although her new owners must be prepared to invest time in both mental and physical stimulation as she is an active, intelligent and inquisitive dog (when not cuddling).  She must be rehomed with another dog.

Willow will be looking for a forever family who will provide her with the love, care and attention she deserves, but can also respond to her unique personality. She will need ongoing training and socialisation with other dogs and people to become a confident and happy dog.

Although we recognise that people need to work, we will not consider rehoming a puppy to people who work full time away from home.
