Bramble has been treated for fleas and worms, is fully vaccinated and microchipped. She will be adopted with a contract to neuter when she reaches the appropriate age.

Bramble was dumped in someone’s garden. Although her siblings were found in a plastic box that was tied around their mum’s neck, Bramble was left out of the box. She wasn’t found until the next day, and she spent the night cold, scared and completely alone.

As with all the puppies, Bramble was suffering from a bad flea infestation on her tiny body. She came to us in a really bad state – very thin, bald and so itchy. She was quiet, shy, and not really wanting cuddles. However, after two weeks, she has improved so much – she is putting on weight steadily and has started to grow fur back on her face (in the early photos, she looked like a baby lemur).

Despite her start in life, Bramble has shown incredible resilience and is now full of love, fun and is growing in confidence.  She has been in foster care for 2 weeks and is gaining weight, and her fur is slowly beginning to grow back.

Bramble is also coming out of her shell and has started to show her gorgeous character! We all love her as she is so gentle and sweet. Bramble would much rather be sat on someone’s lap having cuddles than in the thick of puppy play. She is quite happy to be by herself doing her own thing or watching the others play. Saying that she is no shrinking violet and can definitely hold her own when she does play rough and tumble.

Bramble isn’t very interested in eating, although she is steadily putting on weight. She currently weighs 2.35 kg.

Ideal Home for Bramble

Bramble will be looking for a forever family who will provide her with the love, care and attention she deserves, but can also respond to her unique personality. She will need ongoing training and socialisation with other dogs and people to become a confident and happy dog.

Bramble needs a quieter home where she can continue to grow her confidence and lovely character. She will be able to live in a home with older children (8+).  She needs to be rehomed with a calm dog who can help her develop into a more confident adult dog.

Although we recognise that people need to work, we will not consider rehoming a puppy to people who work full time away from home.
